Holiness is still the standard

I’ve had some interesting experiences over the last decade of walking with the Lord. So much of what I thought was true, never was. I’ve gone through seasons of intense stripping that left me feeling extremely vulnerable. All I had to hold onto was my Abba, no one would be able to understand because the call was MINE. He called Shannon Melinda Fraser. However over time I noticed that He would lead me to share the revelations He exposed me to.
And based on my interactions with many christians, I’ve come to realize they like the idea of God and not necessarily Him. And they make excuses for what keeps them comfortable.
For me it’s simple, God is all I have. For others it doesn’t look that way and I would be frustrated most times as I see others getting away with things that I KNOW if I ever tried it that would be the end. And so, here’s where my trust in God deepened, I couldn’t look around I had to look up. I had to posture my heart towards the lover of my soul. This also solidified my call as prophet, God has entrusted me to cry aloud. Some messages are easier than others to proclaim but out of reverence and unwavering love for my Father I count the cost and I show up. This has been eye-opening for me how He arms me with the courage to say some of the things I’ve said. Yes, I was scared and I did it scared because I trust Him.
All of what I’ve shared came from a simple prayer, God I want you to be my Lord, not just my Savior. My soul thirsts for my Abba. I want more of Him and less of me to be seen, that’s all I want. The supernatural experiences that have come with that simple prayer, the insight, wisdom, revelation, strength nothing can compare to it. God wants us as His children to be ALL IN. It’s not just about going to church, singing the songs and so on. It’s about living a surrendered life to Him. A life that will make a sound in the earth that we never heard. A life that will call others into obedience and reverence. A life that explodes with miracles, signs and wonders. The abundant life. ( see John 10:10).
God expects Holiness from ALL of His children. Ask Him to help you to surrender it all to Him.
For I am the LORD your God; consecrate yourselves, therefore, and be holy, because I am holy - 1 Peter 1:6
I’ll leave this song with you.
Holiness, holiness is what I long for.
Holiness is what I need.
Holiness, Holiness
Is what you want from me.
So take my heart and mold it.
Take my mind transform it.
Take my will conform it.
To Yours, to Yours O Lord.
